All warranty repairs must be accompanied by a copy or your warranty paper.

Time Machine® tattoo machines carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (except for springs, capacitor and contact screw). This limited warranty is transferable if a sale or transfer of the tattoo machine is registered with Time Machine® within 30 (thirty) days of the transfer of ownership and the tattoo machine is return to Time Machine® for inspection and tuning within 90 (ninety) days of the transfer.

This limited warranty is offered on Time Machine® tattoo machines sold by Time Machine ® or its registered distributors. A new warranty will be issued in the event of the sale or transfer of ownership of the tattoo machine, subject to the limitations listed above.

Within the warranty period, your tattoo machine must be repaired by Time Machine ® only. Time Machine® will not provide any warranty service:

  • if there was damage while in the possession of the consumer not resulting from a defect in manufacturing;
  • if there was damage caused by tampering with, removing, replacing covered parts or by other than normal use.
  • if repaired by anyone other than Time Machine® .

DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WITH RESPECT TO THIS TATTOO MACHINE.

Time Machine® LIMITS THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY TO THE LIFETIME OF THE PURCHASER.
